Are your cushions made to order or ready-made?

All Alexander Mandagie Paris cushions are made to order. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you once your order is confirmed. This bespoke approach ensures that you receive a unique, individually created cushion made with the finest antique and European textiles. Please allow approximately 15 working days for fabrication and finishing. After fabrication is complete, your cushion will be carefully packaged and dispatched to you.

Can I customize or commission a bespoke cushion?

We are open to discussing bespoke commissions for clients seeking a personalized design. Bespoke orders allow you to specify dimensions, textile combinations, and design details. Please note that bespoke orders follow a custom timeline and may differ in lead time from our ready-made collection.

What about imperfections in antique textiles?

As our cushions feature genuine antique textiles, they may naturally display characteristics of age and heritage, including subtle variations in color, minor wear patterns, small repairs, discoloration, or texture inconsistencies. These are not defects but rather testament to the textile's authenticity and history. How should I care for my Alexander Mandagie Paris cushion?

How should I store my cushion when not in use?

Currently, Alexander Mandagie Paris ships to destinations within the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. How are cushions packaged?

What is the delivery timeframe?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and current order volume. Most orders are dispatched within 15-20 business days and arrive within 1-2 weeks after package is handed off to the shipping company.  For exact delivery estimates, please provide your address at checkout, and you will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

What is your return policy?

In line with consumer protection regulations, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your cushion to initiate a return or cancellation. To be eligible for a return:

·       The cushion must be in original, unused condition

·       The cover must show no signs of wear, damage, staining, or odors

·       The item must arrive back in suitable packaging

·       You are responsible for return shipping costs

What items are not returnable?

Bespoke custom-made cushions are non-returnable, as they have been created specifically to your order specifications. By confirming payment on a bespoke order, you acknowledge acceptance of the final design.

What if my cushion arrives damaged?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your cushion arrives damaged or defective, please unpack and inspect it immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 3 days of receipt with photographs of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution. All parcels are insured against damage in transit through our courier services.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it or make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, standard return procedures apply.

6. SHIPPING PROBLEMS, LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS

What if my parcel is lost in transit?

Who is responsible for damaged items in transit?
